enviPath updates
enviPath was
first published in 2016. Since then, we added heaps of functionality and updates, so we decided to summarize it all in an update paper. The preprint is now out, read it

enviPath now has three reviewed data sets, reaction links to EC numbers, we improved the prediction engine both in prediction performance and speed, we added a new holistic pathway-based evaluation, implemented a tailored applicability domain, and added heaps of additional technical improvements.
